Microsoft Teams: Businesses need to still run even in a pandemic

Microsoft Teams during Corona Virus

How to keep your business running with Microsoft Teams

With the Corona Virus being a global pandemic stress levels are at an all-time high. South Africa has released news on how to trey curb the spread in your day to day activities. All businesses are concerned for employees and have to implement best practices moving forward. One of those best practices is to direct staff to work from home. This, of course, does not apply to all industries but is being implemented in a number of companies globally and nationally. Microsoft Teams offers some relief for businesses to collaborate remotely.

How to work remotely

The precautions a person can take are to wash their hands frequently, use hand sanitizer where available, and remember to try not to touch your face. Remember to wipe down surfaces you touch regularly with disinfected. Items that come to mind for our company are our earphones, mouse, computer keyboards, phones, and door handles.

Teams across the globe are moving to remote work. Microsoft aims to keep teams connected while they work apart by making Microsoft Teams available to as many people as possible. Teams allows you to chat, meet, call, and collaborate all in one place.
